In Person I Leadership in Action – Navigating Change with a Transatlantic Lens

July 9 @ 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM EDT

As part of EACC Florida’s Summer Leadership Series, join us for an inspiring and thought-provoking conversation on Leadership in Action – Navigating Change with a Transatlantic Lens, featuring U.S. and E.U. based leaders whose work engages global markets, international collaboration, and transatlantic priorities.

This high-level discussion will explore how authentic leadership, bold decision-making, and a global outlook are shaping innovation, resilience, and strategic progress across industries. From international trade and airport hospitality to legal leadership and executive operations, our panelists bring rich, hands-on experience in navigating complexity and change on both sides of the Atlantic.

Whether you’re a business leader, emerging executive, or engaged community builder, this program will provide practical insights and real-world examples to elevate your leadership journey in today’s interconnected and rapidly evolving global landscape.

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION

  • What does authentic leadership look like in a globalized, multicultural business environment? How can leaders stay grounded while being flexible?
  • In what areas of sustainability and innovation can transatlantic cooperation deliver the biggest impact?
  • How are global leaders redefining resilience in the face of geopolitical and supply chain volatility?
  • In a post-pandemic, tech-driven world, how do we balance the efficiency of digital tools with the depth of personal relationships in leadership and collaboration?
  • How can global platforms like trade fairs contribute to strengthening transatlantic partnerships and accelerating innovation in a fragmented world?
  • How do transatlantic leaders balance local priorities with global strategies, especially when political, cultural, or economic expectations don’t align?
  • How can companies, governments, or sectors collaborate to drive innovation and progress today?  Is there any low hanging fruit?
