On May 9th, EACC Florida was delighted to welcome Colonel Guillaume de Sercey now retired from the French Foreign Legion, Carol Cabezas, former President of Azamara Cruises and Dr. Victor Lozinski, Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board of LeverX, for a high-level exchange about corporate leadership. The Conversation was moderated by Ashlee M. Wright, a founder, CEO and leader in the education sector. The event was hosted by Greenberg Traurig.
After a keynote by Colonel de Sercey, the program considered different leadership and management styles and delved into the unique stories and learnings of our invited speakers.
Dr. Victor Lozinski discussed what skills he has seen to be consistent from Latvia to Silicon Valley and Miami, while Carol Cabezas offered insights as to what she believes is unique to leaders in this community. Drawing from his experience in the French Legion, Colonel de Sercey explained how he would advise leaders to unite a team in a polarized environment illustrating his recommendations with striking anecdotes drawn from his years as a soldier.
