October 29–31, 2026 | Dallas, Texas
Board members and executive directors from all eight EACC chapters in the United States and Europe gathered in Dallas for the 2026 EACC Leadership Summit. Together, the chapters represent 642 member organizations and around 10,000 executives. EACC Florida was represented by Alan Sutin, President, Fabrice Marmousez, Member of the Board of Directors and Christina Sleszynska, Executive Director.
The gathering opened on October 29 with Transatlantic Bridges 2026, hosted by Dykema. The event featured the EACC–OCO Global–RSM 2026 Transatlantic Expansion Barometer, which draws on executive insights, foreign direct investment trends and the evolving economic landscape to examine how European and U.S. small and mid-sized companies are navigating cross-border growth.
Fabrice Marmousez of RSM US and Abby Varas of OCO Global discussed the findings in a panel moderated by Timothy McCarthy of Dykema. A networking reception brought together EACC members and guests from across the transatlantic business community.
On October 30, chapter leaders met at The Star in Frisco to consider how the EACC can respond to changing member needs in a rapidly evolving transatlantic environment and continue to provide distinctive value. Discussions addressed the challenges and opportunities facing member companies, ways to strengthen engagement among chapter boards, and ideas for expanding collaboration across the network.
The summit also welcomed Estonia’s Ambassador to the United States, H.E. Hannes Hanso, for an informal exchange on economic ties between Estonia and the United States.
Beyond the formal discussions, the gathering gave chapter leaders time to build relationships, share experiences and explore the network’s potential to connect members with business communities in other regions and countries. These connections are central to a network of locally governed chapters working together to create value for their members.
Many thanks to EACC Texas and Erin McKelvey for organizing the summit; to Dykema, RSM US and OCO Global for their support; and to Ambassador Hanso and colleagues from across the EACC network for contributing to a successful and productive gathering.
