Last Thursday, EACC Florida had the pleasure of welcoming H.E. Andrei Muraru, Ambassador of Romania to the United States, for a meeting at the offices of Greenberg Traurig in Miami.
The Ambassador was joined by the Consul General of Romania in Miami and the Honorary Consul of Romania in Massachusetts. Representing EACC Florida were Executive Director Christina Sleszynska, Board Member Fabrice Marmousez (RSM), while EACC Florida President Alan Sutin (Grenberg Traurig) participated remotely.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on transatlantic business relations and explore opportunities to further strengthen economic ties between Romania and Florida.
Following the meeting, EACC Florida representatives attended the reception aboard the Romanian Navy’s training ship Mircea, held in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States. Fabrice Marmousez and Geert Blervacq (Arquitectonica) joined Christina Sleszynska for this memorable occasion, which highlighted the longstanding friendship and partnership between Romania and the United States.
EACC Florida extends its sincere thanks to Ambassador Muraru and the Romanian diplomatic team for their visit and looks forward to continuing to foster dialogue and business connections between Europe and Florida.
